I don’t know, Francis, this photo made me think of nature after the rain.. fresh green, clear sky. Maybe even a tornado, given the “artificial tree”.. : ) So I thought.. “The Wizard of Oz”?! Perhaps the birds look like they’re saying.. “hey, we’re not in Kansas anymore.” ^_^
Haha! that’s true. They are there because they feel a close rain in march. It’s in an artificial island in lake Titicaca and the green is a plant called totora. ^_^
those colours together are quite beautiful… the metal red, the green of the field, the light yellow of the straw and wood, and the black birds of course… it all comes together very beautifully…
and also, the different depths of field… gentle capture…
Oooo nice!!
Thank you ^_^
My pleasure!
Lol. It looks like an art sculpture — art for the birds! Are there not many trees in that area, Francis? 🕊
In the Andean plateau they are scarse, just a few species can survive the climate and the lack of oxygen it seems. : )
Neat birds with the little yellow flash down their sides- go faster stripes? :)
Haha, perhaps, they are very quick when flying.
